I have a discount code, how do I redeem this?
Codes can be redeemed on the payment screen for train tickets on the Skyscanner app. Enter a valid code in the coupon box and the discount will be applied.
Can I spend my code on flights or other products and services available through Skyscanner?
No. The discount codes can only be redeemed on trains tickets purchased through the Skyscanner app.
I can't see the discount in my app?
It will be visible in the trains section of the app when you are on the payment screen.
Is there a minimum spend before I can use my discount code?
Each coupon will have different minimum spend conditions, you can see the minimum spend required on the coupons screen
How long is my code valid for?
Each coupon has different validity. Once you have added the promotion code to your account, you will be able to see the validity on the coupon screen. Coupons do have expiry dates, and once they have expired they can't be reactivated.
My discount code isn't working. What do I do?
If you are using a promotion code that is only applicable on first booking, please ensure that you have not booked trains before on Skyscanner. Some promotions may have a daily redemption limit and won't be applied if the daily limit has already been exceeded. Please read the conditions of the promotion code carefully to understand any restrictions that are applicable.
If I cancel my booking will the coupon used get refunded back in to my account?
No, any coupon used once for booking will not be refunded after the booking is cancelled.
