COVID-19 (Coronavirus) update
Many of our travel providers are experiencing a high volume of queries due to the impact of COVID-19 (coronavirus). If you've not been able to reach them and are travelling in the next 7 days, please get in touch and we'll do our best to connect you with them. Otherwise, we recommended waiting and trying to contact your provider again in a few days.
If you are contacting us about a refund already in progress with your travel provider, please know we don't have access to the status of refunds and you will need to contact the travel provider directly. Due to the increase in refund requests, please be aware that the processing time for refunds is generally longer than normal.
