Price alerts allow you to track price changes for a route and date you’re interested in booking. After creating a price alert, we’ll send you an email when prices change – so they can be great for making sure you get the best deal.
Setting up price alerts
To set up an alert, you’ll need to be logged in to your Skyscanner account. If you aren’t already logged in, you’ll be prompted to do so when creating a price alert.
On our desktop website, search for a route and specific date as usual. Look out for the Like these flights? banner when scrolling through your results and click Track prices to create the price alert. Or click Get Price Alerts on the top left of the page.
On our mobile website, search for a route and specific date as usual. You can save your flight by clicking the heart icon next to a flight. The heart icon will change color to blue. When you save your flight, we will send you a price alert when the prices change.
On our mobile app, search for a route and specific date as usual. Click Show all flights. Look out for the Like these flights? banner when scrolling through your results and tap the toggle to create the price alert. Or Tap the bell in the top right corner.
After you have found the best price and booked your tickets, the easiest way to remove a price alert is by scrolling to the bottom of your price alert email and clicking the Stop all alerts button. You can remove the price alert from your profile page. Check out Where can I view and manage the price alerts I have set up? for more info.
