When you make a booking with an airline or travel agent, they will send you a confirmation email and also charge your card/bank account for the transaction.
As a travel search engine, Skyscanner is a tool to help you to find the best prices but we don’t take bookings or payments ourselves. Once you found what you are looking for, we simply transfer you to the travel provider (airline or travel agent) to complete your booking directly with them. They are the best people to speak to as they can tell you if your booking has gone through – Skyscanner doesn’t have access to this information.
Can’t remember who you booked with?
Step 1) Check your email for a booking confirmation – it should have been sent when you made your booking.
Step 2) It’s worth checking your junk or spam email if you can’t find it.
Step 3) If you can’t find your confirmation and you’re still not sure, the best thing to do is to check your bank statement, which should show you the airline or travel agent’s name next to any charge.
If you’ve tried this and either can’t reach the provider or still need our help, feel free to get in touch. Please remember to provide as much details as possible about your flights and the name of the company who you booked your flights with. We won't be able to send you your confirmation, but will do our best to help out in any way we can.
