If you have a question about a booking, you'll need to know who sold you the travel – they will have all the info you need and will be able to help you.
There are two ways to buy travel through our site or app:
- Buying from a partner
- Booking with Skyscanner
Not sure who you bought your travel from? Check your credit card statement to see who charged your card.
I bought from a partner
We have 1000s of travel agencies, airlines, hotels and car rental companies that you can buy from through our site and app – we call them "partners." They will take your payment (you'll see their name on your bank or credit card statement) and provide any help or support you might need with your booking. When you buy from a partner, we don't have any access to your booking so they will always be best placed to answer all your booking questions.
I booked with Skyscanner
If you booked your travel with Skyscanner on our site or using the app (you'll see our name on your bank or credit card statement), then check your booking confirmation email for details on all the ways to get help from us.
