Very occasionally when an airline or travel agent is processing a booking an error can occur which can result in amount being blocked on your credit card, without your booking being confirmed. In most cases, the amount is usually released after a few days, depending on the bank.
As a travel search engine, Skyscanner doesn’t process bookings or payments and we don’t have access to any of our customers’ booking information. We would recommend contacting the airline or travel agent concerned to ask them to either confirm your flight or let you know when your money will be unblocked. It may also be worth contacting your bank to see if they can speed things up from their end. It’s also worth checking your junk or spam email folders in case you have been sent a confirmation email but this has been blocked.
