Something to bear in mind is that here at Skyscanner, we don’t have your booking details. We promise we’re not holding your booking details hostage, here’s a quick explanation to help you understand how Skyscanner works.
- When you search for travel options on Skyscanner, we use that technology to show you the best and cheapest options.
- We provide this free service so you can have a cheaper holiday but we don't sell tickets or take bookings ourselves.
- This means your payment and booking details are held by the airline, agent or travel company you selected.
So where ARE my booking details?
The good news is, finding your booking confirmation is a simple case of contacting the airline, agent or travel company you booked with.
Not sure who you booked with. Here are a few different ways to find out.
Step 1: Check your email thoroughly. A confirmation should have been emailed to you when you booked. Try searching for the destination, or simply search for the words ‘booking confirmation’. It should pop up.
Step 2: Still can’t find it? Try checking your junk and spam folders. Sometimes your email filters will get overexcited and fling the wrong things in there.
Step 3: No luck? Look at the bank statement for the card you used to pay. The name of the airline or the travel agent should be right there next to the charge.
Got the name? Great! Now use our handy search box below to find their contact details. If you booked with them, they will have all your booking information.
