You should receive a booking confirmation by email from the airline or travel provider you booked with. Your confirmation should include your booking details and booking reference, sometimes called a PNR or confirmation number.
Skyscanner doesn't manage bookings or send booking confirmations, so if you have questions about your booking, you'll need to contact the airline or travel provider you booked with directly.
Booked through a travel provider?
If you booked through an online travel agency or other travel provider, they manage your booking and will usually send your booking confirmation.
If you're unable to find your booking on the airline's website, check your confirmation email first. It should contain your booking reference and details of the company managing your booking.
Can't remember who you booked with?
Step 1) Check your email for your booking confirmation. The company that sent the confirmation is usually the company managing your booking and should be your first point of contact for booking questions.
Step 2) If you can't find the confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder.
Step 3) If you can't find your confirmation and you're still not sure, the best thing to do is to check your bank statement, which should show you the airline or travel agent's name next to any charge.

Once you've identified who you booked with, you can use our partner contact list to find their customer support details.
